Experience Making a local recipe with products that are 100% local from Lanzarote and organic

Put the apron and hat on and choose one of the recipes available, grab your basket and pick the products you need as if you were at the market. Follow the instructions given until you have finished your recipe with ingredients that are 100% organic and grown in Lanzarote at the Finca Tres Peñas farm. Once you’re done, you will have learnt a new recipe and you will also be able to taste your delicious dish. Ask about the wide range of recipes available.

About Manuel

For 44 years, Manuel has combined the catering business with working his own land and farms, but it was in 2007 when he decided to dedicate exclusively to eco-agriculture, selling his products directly at the different markets around the island, from Arrecife, the capital of the island, to the well-known Teguise market.

Manuel has been given several awards such as the “2012 Outstanding in Tourism Award” and the “Lanzarote Eco-Agriculture Promotion Award” as well as the “Tribute to mark the 25th Anniversary of the Lanzarote Reserve of the Biosphere”.

As Manuel himself says, “My project is based on spreading our own traditions and raise awareness regarding natural products in our lives. We do this with school groups who come to our farms and we explain to them how our processes work, and how and why we do it. Children can taste our products as well as visit the farm and learn about the processes we use”.
